Each EPDM sheet includes 30cm of spare material on the length and width and can be easily trimmed to final size with scissors.

This kit is perfect for sheds, summerhouses, office rooms, cabins, playhouses and even storage!

Each kit includes the following components:

• Rubber EPDM single sheet (0.8mm)
• EPDM mastic (310ml)
• Water-based deck adhesive (2.5L)
• Roller applicator
• PondXpert cartridge gun
• Installation instructions

Note: Rubber roofing sheets include factory-welded seams universally typical of the vulcanising process.
