Changed your mind on the product?
If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return it within 30 days of receiving it.
Returned items must be unused, undamaged, and in their original packaging. Please note, we may make a deduction if the item shows signs of use.
We don’t offer free returns for unwanted items, but we can arrange collection from a UK mainland address for a fee of £20 per parcel or £60 per pallet. To arrange this, please email: returns@pondkeeper.co.uk.
Please note: custom-made liners and live plants cannot be returned unless they are faulty.
Faulty item?
If your item is faulty please get in touch by emailing returns@pondkeeper.co.uk.
Pondkeeper will cover the cost of return for damaged and faulty products.
How to return your items.
Please complete the returns form which was attached to your dispatch confirmation email and include this in the package to be returned.
Your statutory rights are not affected.
If returning using your own courier/delivery service, please obtain proof of return from the carrier.
We will not be held responsible for any goods that are lost or damaged in transit.
