The service provided by Pondkeeper is brilliant. Kept informed of order status at every step of processing, next day delivery by DPD couriers, a reliable company in my experience. The varismart 8000 is a great pump, easy to set up and use. The 10m cable was more than adequate and meant it could be plugged into the shed and the control box screwed neatly to the inside wall. I’m using it on a three tier waterfall ( Mega slate waterfall from pondkeeper ) and 500L pond on the second lowest setting and have a nice natural moderately fast fall, no bubbling geezer from the horsetail inlet. Well impressed with the pump and the service from pondkeeper. I have brought a second pump the same for another planned project in the garden with a 1000L pond, stream and waterfall.

Excellent. The speed control is idiot proof . The pump itself is easy to clean and powerful. Would definitely order again. Delivery was quick and left exactly where I asked.
