These items are just not designed for the rigours of courier delivery. First delivery arrived and at least 4 balls had broken up. It was hard to tell exactly how many complete balls there were as alot of the broken pieces were now dissolved and the pot was full of yellow liquid.
A replacement was with me within 24 hours but exactly the same condition.
I probably have the 8 balls spread over the 2 pots but frankly I think Pind Expert need to rethink this product's method of packing and delivery.
I don't like leaving bad reviews but I think this time it is in everyone's interest that I give this review.

This is easily damaged if shaken, despite additional packaging, but Pondkeeper quickly apologized and replaced the item. However in recent months there have been more and more damaged balls in the jar. While they may still work, I'm not sure I would buy them again and may look for an alternative product, still within Pondkeeper.

Brilliant have used many tim s but with such a large pond I needed to put the lot in because of the blanket weed. Doing so much damage.
