About the PondXpert SolarShower 200 Pump - with Battery and LED

This solar fountain pump is feature-packed and would prove a welcome addition to any garden. They are excellent at providing a water fountain and for aerating your pond.

Solar Powered: The PondXpert SolarShower 200 is powered by the sun and creates a fabulous fountain display. No electrical installation required!

Battery Included: Excess energy generated will be directed to power-up the lithium battery inside the unit. A 5v Mains Adaptor can be used to charge the battery from the mains.

LED Light Included: In the evenings, the LED lights on the pump will illuminate your fountain at dusk.

LED light is detachable.

Fountain Attachments: The smaller SolarShower units come fully equipped with a range of fountain attachments to create a fountain feature. The unit comes with 4 different fountain heads to create an array of different spray patterns.

If you wish to use this as a feature pump you will need to use 8mm hose.

Pump and fountain works well however description/instructions states flow is adjustable. This is incorrect, there is no manual flow adjustment. I was informed after purchase that this is done by adding more tubes to increase length/height however this makes no difference to flow and spray which therefore makes fountain no use in my small barrel pond as water gets sprayed out of barrel

Easy to install and use. Pretty much hands off really once in place. The only challenge is to position the photo cells optimally as the sun moves across the sky during the day.

The pump is in use but due to the poor weather and limited day light/sunshine it's hard to fully judge . It did run for about 2 hours this morning with no real sun .
