Pond pump broke down after only 8 months use, tried to make a claim under 3 year warranty only to be told that the impellor was not covered by warranty and would have to buy a new one! These pumps are poor quality in my opinion with too many plastic parts that break easily and don't last. When it arrived the plastic rod that goes in the middle was also missing so I had to make a complaint about that also to get it sent out. The impellor was also poorly packaged.
