I was having issues with my pond but was unable to remove my fish. Had this delivered next day and even though I was a bit dubious how it would work, the pond was refilled straight from the garden hose with no issues, saved a lot of work

Slowly clogged up and water now just dribbles through. No apparent way to take it apart and clean it.

I am sorry to hear that the flow has reduced to a trickle, this should not be happening.
I have arranged for a replacement unit to be dispatched for delivery Thursday.
We do not need the faulty unit back so please dispose of this safely.

Have to assume the dechlorinator is working but have no way of testing.
The maximum flow rate at which it is effective is quite low - about a quarter turn on my garden tap - so it takes quite a while to top up a couple of inches in the pond.
