Good afternoon, thank you for your feedback. I am sorry to hear we did not meet your expectations. Due to the bank holiday when your order was placed, we dispatched your order on the 3rd May, and due to the holiday the courier were delayed by 24 hours which is when you received your order. We have refunded the delivery charge for you as we did not meet your expectations for delivery.
