The PondXpert Flowmaster 5000 offers incredible value for money and is the first ‘proper’ pump that can operate as both a traditional filter pump and a fountain pump.

Easy Maintenance: The FlowMaster 5000 pump allow particles up to 5mm through the strainer cage, reducing maintenance and preventing blockages.

Fountain Attachments: This pump comes fully equipped with a range of fountain attachments to create an array of features. The fountain heads can be used to create 3 different displays while the t-piece can be used to control the flow rate on the fountain feature.

Easy, tool-free maintenance: Simply push the sides of the pump inwards and the strainer cage unclips, allowing easy entry to the pump motor.

Cleaning Inlet: For quick cleaning, the FlowMaster pumps have an inlet at the front of the strainer cage that can be used to flush out any waste.

When I followed the instructions and plugged the pump in it did not work. I spoke to my daughter who came round and took the motor out. She then took the impeller out and then replaced it into the pump. Evidently the impeller is locked to avoid damage in transit. I think this should be stated in the instruction book. Having said that once this was done the pump worked perfectly and is very good. It cleared a lot if rubbish out of the pond within 48 hours. So good I needed to rinse out the sponges in my filter again. I am very pleased with my purchase.
