This non-return check valve helps to control the flow of air into your pond or aquarium.
This check valve protects your pump from damage caused by back-siphoning as a result of accidental power loss. It also prevents water from siphoning through the airline. It has low resistance which means it will not affect the air flow of your air pump and can be easily installed anywhere along the airline.

Bought to extend air line whilst also providing anti siphon protection. Seem to work well, low cost and easy to fit.

get these for end of pipe, saves water passing up the tube when aerator switched off which can then provide a barrier to air flow to the stones
