I have given this 3 * because it's ok but not brilliant. It helped me to get some of the algie off the pond walls and bottom but it stuck to the brush so I had to pull it off a couple of times and although the brush is quite stiff it still didn't completely remove it from the walls of the pond . A loo brush with a really long handle

As far as I am concerned this is a great little item and at a good price and it beats the pants off the old bamboo cane twirling stick method of collecting the horrendous blanket weed plague we get in this warm/hot weather.
The brush was a little bit smaller than I expected but even so did a great job. A half hour session and I had got 2 full buckets out of the pond.
