The second plant i received had a strand that was broken. I rang and got through within a few minutes, explained the situation and was immediately offered a replacement that arrived next day! I did not even have to return the item as proof, which made everything hassle-free. Great customer service. Have used them for years Product looks a bit artificial to start with, but then over a week begins to blend in as the light and algae weather it. I prefer the D model plant, which looks more realostic than the E model.

Nice and thick although you have to be careful as the individual strands do come out easily from the base.
