I have just installed my new filter and pump and used tap water to fill the pond up , so I have just used Pondkeeper anti - chlorine in to the pond . Fish seem very happy , so job done .

I used this whilst topping up a small wildlife pond with tapwater. The frogs moved around but did not leave, so the treated water must have been acceptable to them.
