Very disappointed- brought this in early June when I would expect healthy growth. It was very short, lots of it was rotting, many stems were cut. I rang to sort it out and was told ‘ you’re a retail customer, you’ll have to call lincs pond plants as it was from them’ I was speechless; this firm was happy enough to accept my money; and it wasn’t cheap … I would never buy anything else from this firm again.
