A live, concentrated bacteria culture gel for use in new filters.
This gel-based solution will stick to the filter media, allowing the nitrifying bacteria it contains to rapidly colonise your filter. The PURE+ Filter Start Gel is well suited for use in bead filters, particularly Evolution Aqua's K1 Micro Bead filters to speed up maturation from day one but is equally effective when spread on japanese matting, conventional beads and other types of filter media.

Service rating : Great items that all work well. Helpful customer service when brush head did’t fit my existing extension pole.
Product : The brush head is excellent for removing blanket weed. Only problem was confusion in catalogue meant it did not fit my inter-changeable head pole which I had previously bought from pondkeeper. Had to order another extendable pole but customer service helpful
PondXpert SolarAir 100 Solar Air Pump
Service rating : Ordered on line and it arrived quite quickly,
can't fault the service.
Product : Don't bother, it might just be ok for a fish tank but not much use for anything else. There are better ones out there and cheaper so don't waste your money.

I'm sorry to hear that you are unhappy with this product. It is only designed for use in small ponds as you really want to put around half the volume of the pond in as air e.g. A 2000L pond would require a 1000LPH air pump. Service rating : This is the second Easy Clear 3000 I have bought from Pond Keeper, the first one lasted for 9 years, fantastic considering the motor is running 24/7 with only a brief rest whilst washing the filters occasionally. The new filter arrived the next day, which meant the pond was without a filter for only a day. Thank you Pond Keeper.

Product : A little confusing how to set it up as the instructions are not very clear but you can find this on you tube or just call customer service if you have difficulty and thats why i gave 4 star insted of5
PondXpert EasyFilter 20000 Pond Filter
Service rating : Website doesn't indicate if an item is out of stock. Sent an upgraded Filter (Spinclean 40000) instead which is much larger & more expensive to run. Accepted it but not pleased that no-one contacted me first to discuss the alternatives.
Product : Sent wrong filter (Spinclean 40000).
