We've only just put this liner down but it is holding the water well. We ordered some other items from Pondkeeper and one item was sold out. I received a phone call from Matt who was apologetic and then went to outline my options. For an item at the modest price of £7.99 I was impressed. A lot of firms would have just put o/s on the delivery note. The refund was processed quickly. Would certainly use Pondkeeper again.
