Product : Only recently set this pump up in our pond. With the hot weather here in the South of England the pond was suffering from a lack of Oxygen in the water. This pump is just the job! It works so very well! The Solar panel is very sensitive and even works on a cloudy day! The bubbles are small, which is ideal. Minimal disturbance to plants. It is definitely doing the job I want it to do!

Service rating : Delivered promptly. Responded to emails concerning poor product quickly.. Refund processed quickly but unfortunately I landed up paying postage for an item I would not have bought on its own (my main item being unsatisfactory).
Product : Delivered promptly but 5 of the 8 balls were mush. Replacement sent. Unfortunately same problem. Not sure why this happened but I suspect putting the container in a cardboard box without any other packing means the contents were rattled aboutvtoo much hence most of the balls broke up.

Service rating : Well I recieved notification from the courier saying it would be delivered one day but didn't arrive, so I had to wait in the next day, when it did arrive the box was a bit battered.
Product : Unfortunately the Decoy Heron was a little damaged, the hole was too big underneath to fix the legs as it had split, I just applied a little glue and it was fine, looking really good doing its job guarding my pond.

I was impressed with the solar pump that I bought another to add to a converted fire pit in my front garden. The birds love it.
