NEW compact multichamber pond filter for ponds up to 24,000 Litres (koi 12,000 litres)

This is a clever new filter for large/koi ponds from Oasis. The pond water is pushed through the inbuilt UV and is then directed into a vortex at the bottom of the unit. Here the only way the water can exit is via the top of the filter. This forces the flow of water upwards - this action means heavier waste particles sink to the base of the unit (flush waste valve at base for easy cleaning). The rest of the pond water continues it's journey to the top of the filter where it then falls through four layers of foam before passing through a bed of flocor biological media. The clean water then rises through the outlet pipe and back into the pond via two outlets (2 pieces of approx 8" 54mm pipe included). Suitable for goldfish ponds to 24,000 Litres or koi ponds to 12,000 Litres.

The footprint is measured by the base but have a good look at the overall size. It requires more than a metre of which most is dead space.Cleaning is very fiddly and messy. if I had designed it there would be lift out baskets for the filters media.
